Guangdong Guangxin Holdings Group Ltd. (GHG) is a wholly-owned enterprise of Guangdong Provincial Government, whose predecessor was Guangdong Foreign Trade Group established in 2000. It was renamed Guangdong Guangxin Holdings Group Ltd. in 2011. In 2019, GHG incorporated Guangdong Silk-Tex Group Co., Ltd. and became the new entity after merger. In 2022, GHG's revenue increased by 65.21% YOY, total profit increased by 25.01% YOY, and total assets increased by 27.33% YOY, doubling its revenue and total profit in three years.

In 2023, GHG made its debut on the Fortune Global 500 on the 427th, making it the first provincial state-owned enterprise in Guangdong to be listed. GHG was officially included in the 'Double Hundred Enterprises' of the SASAC in 2022, which was also awarded the 'Model Enterprise of Corporate Governance of State-owned Enterprises' by the SASAC. It ranked second in the 'Social Responsibility of Local State-owned Enterprises - Pioneer 100 Index' and was granted “Five Star” rating at 2022 Social Value Report and the “Prize for Overseas CSR Fulfillment · Responsibility Golden Bull Awards”.

At present, there are 206 enterprises and over 44,000 employees in GHG.
